Arianna Rodas Laing

What I Do


Arianna Rodas Laing was raised on the Island of Trinidad and Tobago by a British/Trinidadian mother and Cuban/American father. From the age of 6 she has been in theater groups, choirs and passionately involved in the performing and
visual arts. Over a period of 10 years, in the National Music Festival, she was multi-award-winning in a wide range of categories, including choral, trio, duet and solo categories.

In 2016, she performed as Mary Magdalene in the national production of Jesus Christ Superstar. This led to publicity and multiple opportunities. Then in 2018, she was unrivalled, winning the Best Young Vocal Soloist in the country, among many other accolades. Her classical vocal training allowed her to seamlessly transition to other genres including pop, rock, jazz, and musical theatre. Arianna later chose to move to London in 2018, to continue her pursuit in the arts. Studying drama at A level, participating in the Old Vic School Club, and performing in multiple musical productions (including In the Heights). She previously worked as a character actress at the London Dungeons, an immersive attraction. She performed 14 characters on rotation to over 2000 guest daily.

She has now relocated to New York City where she has been developing her skills in film and television even further. She recently began working with with UCB Comedy and intends to continue exploring comedy and strengthening her skills as
an all-round artist.
